THE WATER BEARER

Often depicted in the form of a woman carrying water symbolizing feminine energy healing and sexuality,. Water is mythologized in ancient greek, Native American, African, East indian, and Chinese cultures ect..Associated wtih the moon which also guides love and emotions, intuition and imagination, intelegence and wisdom.

water streams down a dusty road
trickling to the river's edge
along its banks and into its fray going effortlessly
until the sea meets the sky
dawn still holds a cold, moist night
within the morning's dew
she strolls down to the watering shed
along the dusty road
a molded cask upon her head
made whole from the river's mud
then dipping deep into the water well
For brim to overflow
she returned into the morning's Sun
with the last of the moonlight's glow..
