A DAY'S GRACE -

A MOMENT'S REPRIEVE
everything troubled me today
then i was assured
as each hand met the other
within another's grace
how wonderful and greatful I was
for a full day to meet the other
in another's place
other than me
alas it felt free
to be alive
and it happened so naturally ..

WITHIN A CYCLE OF A DAY
each morning moves the evening
complete within the day
animated movements
flowing with the tide
meeting its cyclical point
rising high then falling
only to rise again
and the morning and the evening
was one
each horizontal rise
meeting a verticle fall
like the sun rising
to fall into the horizon
rising again with the moon
complete within a day
within its gravitational
pull and the morning and the evening
was one ....
